We are a well established and enterprising Fee Appraisal firm who are family focused & supportive in many ways.
We are currently seeking a designated CRA residential appraiser or AACI commercial appraiser currently located (or willing to relocate) in the beautiful South Okanagan of British Columbia.
Proficiency in residential or commercial appraisals of all types of properties is a necessity as the successful applicant will be required to conduct appraisals throughout the Central and South Okanagan of British Columbia. The applicant must be familiar with the procedures of the various Appraisal Management Companies. You will also be required to service the general public on assignments for base evaluation, foreclosure, litigation, corporate transfers. You must pride yourself on being a self-starter and must be willing to conduct the assignment from start to finish. We do have administration staff to assist in several areas of the process but you will be responsible for management and delivery of that process. You will require a functioning home office to stage your work from.
There is opportunity to conduct small scale commercial appraisal services if you are qualified and experienced in that discipline.
